- Gore (Norman Queeno): A menacing, hulking slasher with traits reminiscent of iconic killers like Michael Myers, Leatherface, and Jason Voorhees, notes WordPress.com. He is controlled by the agency's handlers, though occasionally proves difficult to manage.
- Obji (Will Nemi): Alex Creed's alien partner who adds a distinct "Carlton"-like flavor to the team, according to Indie Horror Films.
- Grim/Reaper (Sean C. Sanders): A classic Grim Reaper character, complete with cowl and scythe, representing a force of death harnessed for good.
- Detective William Sanders (Michael O'Hear): A Dr. Loomis-esque tracker who previously appeared in Steigert's film "Fang" "Gore" and a cameo in Space Traveling Alien Reject (STAR). He has a secret of his own and serves as a poignant final performance for the late actor.
The villains

- Famine (Gregory Blair): Another of the Horsemen, Blair's performance as Famine is highly regarded, with a growly voice and a fully committed portrayal.
